Baptism

The past two weeks have been full with activities, programs, meetings, travel and culminated this past Sunday with a baptism of a young man from mainland China, Ning Ma, by his close school friend (both studying mechanical engineering at the Applied Sciences University in Wilhelmshaven), Steven Prabowo, from Indonesia (whose parents emigrated to Indonesia from China), having been taught by Elder Johannes Handler from Austria.

Gives you a little perspective of the diversity of the European community here in Northern Germany.

What does a baptismal prayer look like in Chinese? Well, I don't have the characters on this computer, but the Arabic characters which Steven pronounced in Chinese for Ning were: "Ning Ma, wo meng ye su ji du de wei pai, feng, fu, zi, he sheng ling de ming, wei ni shi xi. A men"
