OK, day one is complete and a full day. You that have been here know the food is ok, plenty, but at least we can be choosy and pick good stuff...baby, stay away from the fried stuff! Went to orientation and it was very good. I gave the opening prayer (we have 74 seniors in our new group) and later I was asked to read for the group the Church's instructions about chastity and watching yourself doing inappropriate stuff on the mission...you know, behave yourself. Then mom was asked to read the next slide for the group about security, she did very well. That is what you get when you are in the first row.
We worked out at the gym with mom going around the track 10 times and I played basketball with the elders. Well, must get to reading our assignments (about 50 pages) and get ready for a full Tuesday. That's it from the email room in the senior dorm...Elder and Sister Harrington. PS, our day may start at 5 AM when we wake up, but it ends at 5 PM and we can chill for a few hours. Auf Wiedersehen!
PPS: Our mail box for the week is #24. Don't be late IF you send anything. If not done today or tomorrow it may not get to us.
